Privacy policy

This explains what Agency Dash collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and a password hash if you set one. If you sign in with Google, the name, email and photo Google shares.
• Content your workspace adds: posts, captions, files, comments, deliveries, and money records the owner enters.
• A record of changes (who did what, when) so a workspace can see its own history.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

Only to run the service: show your workspace to the people you invite, send the emails the product sends (sign-in links, invitations, approval requests), and bill paid plans. We don't sell personal data and don't use your content to train models.

• Vercel (hosting and file storage)
• Neon (database)
• Resend (email)
• Stripe (payments, for paid plans)
• Google (sign-in, if you choose it)

Retention

Archived items are kept until the workspace owner asks us to delete the workspace. Deleted workspaces are removed from the database within 30 days and from backups within 90.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to hello@burulabs.com. Agency owners control their workspace's content; client and guest requests about a workspace's content are forwarded to its owner.
