Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Agency Dash, a service run by BuruLabs ("we"). By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.
Accounts and workspaces
An agency creates a workspace and is responsible for it: who it invites, what it uploads, and what it shares. Clients and guests use the service through the agency's workspace and only see what that agency gives them access to.
Your content
Everything you upload or write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including client brand assets and photography.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- No attempts to access other workspaces or to break the service's security.
- No reselling access without our written agreement.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan limits stop new clients, teammates or uploads; they never delete what you have. If a payment fails we keep everything working for 14 days while the card is retried.
Ending
You can cancel anytime from Billing. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after telling the owner why when we can. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email workspace owners at least 30 days before a material change to these terms.
