Refunds and cancellation

Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime from Plan and billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free limits. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of a billing month, write to hello@burulabs.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund that month.
Downgrades
Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next billing date. If you're over the smaller plan's limits, you keep everything; you just can't add more until you're back under them.
